NYC Shopping: Odd Eye

We are always looking for fun vintage, and antique shops in New York because while we always have a a great selection of things... Sometimes you just need a quick shopping fix. A spot that Kelly recently discovered? Odd Eye in the East Village! Its a fabulous spot on 5th between Avenue A and B on the southern side of the street. She was tipped off by a friend and finally made it in this week! 

One of the owners was there, Taylor Fimbrez and we were able to talk a bit! He was great, talking to me about the inspiration for their shop. He and his friend opened the shop up about 2 years ago when the opportunity arose. They never really expected to have a shop but here they are and they are doing it oh so well! The mix of mid-century and vintage furniture is great, but what I love them for is the accessories! They have so many unique objects, and they work hard to bring a variety of styles from all over the world. They keep up on trends and sometimes have pieces you didn't know you needed in your life...
