It is officially my favorite time of year! I can't believe it, but this week it actually snowed in New York. Only for about ten minutes, but it was so beautiful to watch from inside my cozy apartment with Christmas music on. I loved it.
The holidays this year are bringing an extra level of excitement to our lives. We are reconnecting with loved ones and making up for lost time. We're looking forward to long dinners, craft cocktails, and of course, a cozy room to spend time in.
This warm and inviting space above brings the best of Gustavian design with a velvet sofa combined with the luxury of a wool pelt. We're adding a bit of sparkle with the Mid Century brass double helix cocktail table. What would you add to this moment?
Thank you for your continued support this year. It has been one for the books. Wherever and however you celebrate, we're sending you the warmest holiday wishes.

New from the Field
We are so excited to welcome back Courtney McLeod, Founder and Principal designer of @rightmeetsleftinteriordesign to our Live at 5 interview series! We met the incredible talent at High Point Market in fall 2019, we’ve stayed in touch and have come to admire her work so much!
I was thrilled to be asked by @housebeautiful to join a group of designers for a round table discussion with their Editorial Director, Jo. The exciting panel included Corey Damon Jenkins, Anna Liesemeyer, Jenny Dina Kirschner and Maggie Holladay.
Our theme sourcing a mix of antique and vintage (and shopping smartly and sustainably). Which I'm very passionate about and of course said yes!
Id also like to say a big thank you to Hadley Keller and House Beautiful for featuring me in the Open House story of “Smart Shopping” in this month’s issue! Within the article I'm joined by my fellow panelists where we offer advice, ideas and tips on how to buy for your home more thoughtfully.
We were in the UK last month for a whistle stop tour sourcing some incredible pieces for a very exciting project next year....all will be revealed shortly so watch this space!!
