Handsome porcelain ruby Staffordshire Dog, made in England at the turn of the century. Due to its handpainted nature, each dog figurine has a distinct face with expressive eyes and muzzle. The seated dog sports a black collar. Also known as mantel dogs, these beloved figurines are often perched above the fireplace. Good condition, with minor paint loss.
